• The Portal allows you to share documents with chosen users or groups. You are fully responsible for selecting who receives access.

• Once shared, recipients may download, view, or interact with your documents depending on the permissions you set.

• The Portal is not liable for misuse of shared documents by recipients.

• You acknowledge that sharing documents always involves some level of risk.

• The provider may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

• Upon termination, access to stored documents may be limited or removed after a certain period.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The Portal provider is not responsible for financial losses, data corruption, unauthorized document sharing by recipients, or other indirect damages.

• Your use of the Portal is at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

• The provider may update these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the Portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
